Customer Support Executive - German or Swedish Speaking 

In the role of Customer Support Executive - German or Swedish Speaking you will be the first point of contact between customers and our respective brand/s . You will be responsible for:

  • Providing first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat in a professional and responsible manner

  • Ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to customers per agreed company  standards

  • Supporting team members and contribute to a good team spirit atmosphere

Education and Experience 

In this position you will be required to:

  • Be highly conversant in both written and spoken German or Swedish and English

  • Proven working experience within an office environment

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be considered an asset

Skills

  • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively

  • Confident, mature and demonstrate a pleasant attitude

  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision

  • Be proactive and can work independently

  • IT proficient , especially in using the internet , email skills

  • Currently living in Malta
