Customer Service Coordinator

Malta  |  €18,000 - €20,000  

Our client, a fast-growing science company, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders 
  • Processing of data for national statistics
  • Following up with suppliers 
  • Updating customers about their order status
  • Assisting in stock take
  • Handling warranty claims
  • Attending to visitors at the stores in the absence of the stores personnel
  • Receipting of orders though company system
  • Importing and exporting shipments 
  • Compiling monthly reports 
  • Handling customer complaints and queries
  • Processing and tracking returned delivery notes


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least one year experience in a similar role.
  • Purchasing experience is a must.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Maltese.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.

Education & Experience

O'level standard of education.
