Malta

Our client is looking to recruit Customer Heros to join their growing customer service team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the best customer experience while acting as a direct point of contact for customers
  • Resolving queries from internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Handling issues via different communication channels, such as chat, telephone, emails and social media platforms
  • Troubleshooting tickets and service requests and escalating accordingly
  • Upselling and promoting of products and services to engage customers and grow the business
  • Supporting the team by coming up with innovative solutions to problems, sharing ideas, reporting trends and challenging oneself
  • Guiding the customers and providing advice towards the best possible solution 

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum O' Level qualification in Maltese and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Maltese and English
  • Experience in a customer-driven environment
  • Exposure to Microsoft Suite products

This role is shift-based, with working hours ranging from 6am to 10pm (8 hours per shift), including weekends and public holidays.
