Customer Care Representative

Malta  |  €14,000 - €16,000 

Our client within the logistics industry is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving phone calls and attending to customers' queries through other means such as messenger and email.
  • Assisting clients with tracing and locating their packages
  • Offering costumer care services which would include the liaising with couriers and bond operator
  • Seeing to customer walk-ins

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 am - 17:00 pm with 1 hour break.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Applicants must be confident in communicating both written and verbally in English
  • Applicants with previous experience would be given preference

Education & Experience

  • Computer literacy
  • O'level standard of education
