Customer Care Representative

Malta  |  €20,000 - €21,000 

Our client, who specialises in the Retail Industry, is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative. The responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional customer care whilst dealing promptly with all customer enquiries including order processing and delivery dates
  • Assisting clients with aftersales requests and handling any complaints by phone, email or in-person
  • Liaising with other departments so as to ensure that customers receive the best possible service from the company
  • Ensure that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible
  • Providing support with administrative tasks or ad-hoc duties if assigned from time to time

Working Hours: 

Showroom hours - Monday to Friday 9AM to 7PM (one day off) and Saturday 9AM to 1PM

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous customer care experience will be considered a plus
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Committed and reliable with a flexible approach to work
  • Ability to multi task, be self motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
