Customer Care Executive

€15,000 - €18,000  |  Malta

AS a Customer Care Executive working within a small tea,m your responsibilities are to ensure that client enquiries and requests are met and dealt with efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

  • The wellbeing of the clients in making sure that all calls are dealt with professionally,
  • Queries are followed up and complaints are handled. 
  • Ensure that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible.

    Skills & Experience
     
  • You will be a committed and reliable person with a flexible approach to work.
  • You will have excellent communication skills in English, Maltese would also be preferred
  • Have a excellent telephone manners and a smart appearance.
  • You will be organised, have good time management and a client-oriented approach.
  • Experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.
  • Currently living in Malta

 

Working hours are Week 1 - 10:30 to 1900hrs with a 30 min lunch break,
                                                 Friday 1400 to 1900hrs and Saturday 900 to 13.00hrs.

Week 2 - 9:00 to 1730hrs with a 30 min lunch break.
             Friday and Saturday as per week 1.

Total of 41 hours per week (1-hour o/t per week)
