Customer Care Agents

  South of Malta  |  up to €18,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading company within the local Logistics/Transportation industry, is recruiting for Customer Care Agents to join their growing team. Reporting to a Team Leader, your duties will include;

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s e-mails
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs, resolving issues, and providing solutions
  • Resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Building customer loyalty and maintaining professional customer relations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and providing professional customer support
  • Advising on company services and providing information as requested
  • Generating customer interest in the services offered by the company
  • Working towards meeting the team’s and the company’s targets
  • Following up on customer calls where necessary
  • Any other ad hoc customer care related work

This role is being offered on Shift Basis; Monday to Sunday, having 2 rest days per week. Shift is split as follows;

Shift A: 7:00 till 15:30

Shift B: 10:30 till 19:00

Requirements

  • Preferably have experience working in a call centre
  • Strong communication and listening skills with good command over the English and Maltese languages
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft applications, namely MS excel and MS word
  • Customer oriented, positive attitude with professionalism.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised at times.
  • Ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile for the customer.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English.
