Client Support Specialist

Malta  |  €22,000 - €25,000 

Our client, who specialises in the Finance Industry, is currently recruiting for a Client Support Specialist. The responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first line of support for any issues encountered on the company's platforms
  • Identifying issues and working on resolutions
  • Providing alternative solutions
  • Escalating technical issues whenever necessary
  • Conducting online tutorials with clients of the company's platforms
  • Monitoring the network and systems in order to pre-determine any issues clients might experience
  • Keeping updates and activities up to date on the company CRM

Working hours - Shift basis between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday and occasional Sunday shifts.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Finance, Technical. Igaming or Banking industry
  • Proficient in both oral and written English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Customer Oriented
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
