Client Care Executive

This role is of particular importance as the company enters a key stage in its development.

 

The Client Care Executive will be working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer on the effective collection and interpretation of data in relation to the Net Promoter Score (NPS), ensuring that the clients’ perception of the offered service resonates with the company’s mission to provide a top tier service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping up to date with product developments.
  • Working closely with the data insights team to prepare monthly NPS performance reports.
  • Exploring convenient ways of collecting NPS data as well as leading survey alignment and delivery.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their pain points.
  • Formulating client feedback into effective actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensuring that agreed action points are executed to perfection and result in an improvement.
  • Other ad hoc duties that may arise.
     

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Highly structured, hands-on and able to work independently
  • Holds the client and the clients’ success at heart
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Maltese and English

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
