Aftersales Manager

Our client who specializes in the Industrial services industry is looking for a Technical Aftersales Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Proving aftersales to customers and clients
  • Resolving and troubleshooting services issues of customers
  • Answering and responding to technical queries, needs, services and repairs 
  • Liaising with the technical department on suppliers and equipment
  • Creating reporting to upper management of customer service trends 
  • Monitoring stock control of parts and equipment

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Ability to manage a team of technicans and coordination of work responsabilities
  • Technical experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
