Customer Success Executive

Our client is looking to expand their sales team and they are seeking to onboard a Customer Success Executive. The right candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

What you'll do: 

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to promote retention & account growth. 
  • Understand the client's industry, objectives, and goals with the aim to align and up-sell the company's services.
  • Ensure that KPI targets are met within the given deadlines.
  • Manage and close, cross-sell and up-sell, with an eye for opportunity.
  • Organise and lead periodic client reviews and surveys, analysing data and formulating a plan of action.
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the service offerings by gathering feedback.
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.​

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • You enjoy working with C-Level customers and internal audiences. 
  • You can work with minimum supervision.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills including face to face, over the phone, active listening, and customer-care.
  • You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
  • You show an ability to multi-task and to adapt quickly to changes. 

Education & Experience

Preferably, a Bachelor's Degree in IT Systems or Business Management.
