Our client is looking to expand their sales team and they are seeking to onboard a Customer Success Executive. The right candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to promote retention & account growth.
- Understand the client's industry, objectives, and goals with the aim to align and up-sell the company's services.
- Ensure that KPI targets are met within the given deadlines.
- Manage and close, cross-sell and up-sell, with an eye for opportunity.
- Organise and lead periodic client reviews and surveys, analysing data and formulating a plan of action.
- Aid with the development and improvement of the service offerings by gathering feedback.
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- You enjoy working with C-Level customers and internal audiences.
- You can work with minimum supervision.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills including face to face, over the phone, active listening, and customer-care.
- You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
- You show an ability to multi-task and to adapt quickly to changes.
Education & Experience
Preferably, a Bachelor's Degree in IT Systems or Business Management.
