Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Promotional Calendar
for the French sports betting operation ensuring timely and impactful campaign execution.
Designing and orchestrating diverse customer journeys
Overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns
Monitoring and analyzing key CRM metrics
Conducting thorough market and competitor research to tailor retention plans to the local
market's nuances.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Strong French/English communication skills are a must
Strong Sports knowledge
Proficiency in HTML/CSS is advantageous
Education & Experience
Previous similar role thus strong experience of the French Sport Betting ecosystem
