CRM Executive - French Speaking


Our client who specializes in the Igaming industry is looking for a CRM Executive (French Speaking). Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Promotional Calendar
    for the French sports betting operation ensuring timely and impactful campaign execution.
  • Designing and orchestrating diverse customer journeys
  • Overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns
  • Monitoring and analyzing key CRM metrics
  • Conducting thorough market and competitor research to tailor retention plans to the local
    market's nuances.


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Strong French/English communication skills are a must
  • Strong Sports knowledge
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS is advantageous

Education & Experience

Previous similar role thus strong experience of the French Sport Betting ecosystem
