Reviewing supply agreements and production and packaging schedules based on orders, priority, and customer forecasting
Identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives
Coordinating transition planning with respective departments
addressing and resolving customer issues
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Assessing market situations and monitoring the department KPIs
Generating project management systems to optimize inventory levels

Excellent communication and problem solving skills
