Client Account Manager

Our client specializing in Corporate & Professional Solutions is looking to recruit a Client Account Manager to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring relationships are retained.
  • Serving as the link of communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing clients, proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Generating sales among Client Accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Own and manage the Client Referral Process.
  • Generate and nurture leads from referrals & networking.
  • Managing projects within client relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Collaborating with Sales Team to reach prospective clients and close new sales.
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts
  • Competitors research, content strategy, Account Review & Goal Setting
  • Keep well-informed of developments within the industry

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B Service Contracts, Account Management or Client Focused Role
  • Excellent command of written English and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a strong understanding of the right audience and be coherent in communicating
  • Must be critical in identifying potential opportunities as well as acknowledge lost deals
  • Must be solution oriented, have strong time management and people's skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Any Sales certification will be considered an asset
  • Must be excellently skilled in IT
