Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking a Relationship Manager (Chinese speaking). The RM’s primary role is to handle all activities related to compiling and submitting client applications for residence or citizenship programs. This includes developing and managing client relationships to maximise acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage key client relationships through regular communication and visits (if applicable).
- Act as the primary contact and advocate for the client, handling daily activities and escalating issues as needed.
- Develop and implement a client-focused relationship framework, including regular status calls and application reviews.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through strategic account planning, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to align the firm's offerings with client needs.
- Utilise internal resources to support the client's application requirements.
- Mentor junior team members.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1700hrs
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in account management experience in investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining multi-level client relationships.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English.
- Strong international network for business development.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
