Trust and Corporate Manager

Our client within the Corporate Industry is looking for a Trust and Corporate Manager to join their team

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing a trust administration team’s portfolio of clients
  • Ensuring that all procedural manuals, relevant laws, guidelines, regulations and codes of practice are followed
  • Liaising with other departments regarding accounting, taxation and operational matters.
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries through different types of communications
  • Attending client and intermediary meetings as needed
  • Assisting team members with various queries
  • Identifying efficiencies and implementing the necessary measures.
  • Managing a trust administration team along with the Supervisor and providing guidance on managing the day to day workload.
  • Identifying the necessary training needed in order to carry out their roles to the best of their ability..

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Previous experience of managing own portfolio of clients.
  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Technical competence in relation to all Fiduciary matters

Education & Experience

A relevant professional qualification i.e. STEP Diploma, ICSA Diploma or equivalent
