Trust Administrator

Malta  |  up to €32,000 

One of our clients, an established company providing financial services to both local and international clients are looking to employ a Trust Administrator to join its team of professionals. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the chosen candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Administering the formation of trusts and the incorporation of companies;
  • Liaise with clients, advisors and other third parties on corporate related matters
  • Preparation of documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions;
  • Maintaining company and trust records, including due diligence;
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed 
  • Perform all aspects of company and trust administration;
  • Conducting risk review and annual client reviews;

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Minimum of at least 3 years experience within trust
  • Knowledge or experience working under the Maltese company law
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Holds a proactive approach
