Supply Chain Administrator

  South of Malta  |  €18,000 - €20,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for experienced professional to join our team and help manage the supply chain process. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the ideal candidate would be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the business department, suppliers, customers to ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Keeping constant communication with internal and external stakeholders, including shipping Companies for the purpose of logistics and freight for supplier orders
  • Assisting in the planning of business trips and exhibitions for the Company
  • Maintaining supplier and product knowledge to ensure efficiency and quality work
  • Updating price lists, contract prices, and purchase orders on the system, ensuring that all relevant data is easily accessible and accurate

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent command in English, Maltese would be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

  • A Level Standard of Education
  • Between 1 to 2 years of clerical experience would be a must
  • Experience working in Electronics, Purchasing, Shipping, Logistics or Warehousing would be an asset
  • Knowledge of relevant procedures, laws and regulations would be an asset
