Risk and Compliance Officer

Malta  |  €30,000 - €45,000 

Our client is a boutique provider within trusts and a registered office provider is seeking to recruit a Risk and Compliance Officer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include;

  • Client Onboarding and Relationship Continuance due diligence requirements and regulations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory updated and how they may effect the line of business
  • Capable of determining what information and which documents should be obtained from clients on a case by case basis and ensuring follow-ups for the obtaining thereof are done efficiently and persistently
  • Ah hoc project work as assigned by the directors 

The client is seeking to recruit two candidates at this level both on a Full Time or Part Time Basis

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum 2 years experience within a compliance functions
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervison
  • Previous Local experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements

Education & Experience

A Tertiary level of education would be considered advantageous but not a requirment


The ability to work remotely and only visit the office in exceptional circumstances
