Residency and Citizenship Administrator

Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 

Our Client a leading local law firm is seeking to recruit a Residency and Citizenship Administrator to join their team of professionals. 


  • Assisting the NESDI administration team with day to day administrative duties
  • Performing due diligence searches
  • Handling various forms of residency and immigration processes 
  • Handling applications for clients and ensuring they are compliant with regulations
  • Keeping up to date with relevant regulations and procedures
  • Liaising with CMA, Identity Malta, MRVA and any other relevant authority
  • Liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of the clients
  • Assisting with invoicing and collections

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of previous experience in an administrative position ideally within a CSP or Law Firm
  • Previous knowledge of IIP scheme would be advantageous
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
