Relationship Manager (Associate)

In this job of a Relationship Manager working within an international organisation and based in the Malta Office, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation
  • Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the firm and its offerings with the needs of the client
  • Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application

Essential Skills

  • 2 years’ + experience of account management within investments, insurance, private bank or wealth management
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell the companies services
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM

Desirable Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines
  • Masters or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry
  • Strong international networks that allow for business development
  • Multi-lingual
