Paralegal

Our Client operating within the Marine and Aviation business is seeking to recruit a Paralegal to join their team of professionals. 

Responsabilties include;

• Co-ordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies;
• Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required of a company secretary;
• Attending corporate client meetings and the keeping of minutes;
• Responsible for the incorporations and restructuring of companies and liaison thereon with the various Maltese Authorities
• Preparing documents in relation to client’s transactions, including resolutions;
• Liaising with clients and various third-party service providers;
• Performing all aspects of company administration; and
• Maintaining up-to-date company records, both electronically and physically.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• A good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications
