Corporate Services Executive

Our client, a leading CSP is seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Executive to join their team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact for anything they might require
• Setting up of new companies and submitting statutory filings on their behalf 
• Opening and closing of bank accounts and liaising with third parties
• Ensuring clients are constantly kept up to date whilst ongoing monitoring is regularly being done accordingly
• Maintaining company registers
• Liaising with regulators and third parties on behalf of clients 
• Attending of board meetings as well as occasional meetings clients might require
• Keeping clients informed on any relevant developments within their industry
• Any other duty which may be required from time to time

Requirements

• A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Financial services
• Possess excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess excellent intrapersonal skills
• Meticulous and highly organized
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office tools

Education and Experience

• Candidates in possession of a Tertiary qualification will be given preference
