Corporate Services Executive

Malta  |  €25,000 - €35,000 

Our client within Financial Services is seeking a Compliance and Corporate Executive to join their growing team. 

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in a timely manner
  • Providing corporate assistance to potential and existing clients
  • Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters
  • Liaise with regulators on compliance-related matters and ensure all reports are submitted promptly and accurately to them
  • Maintain the corporate files
  • Maintaining an open dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keeping clients informed on any new relevant developments within their industry
  • Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings
  •  Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, auditors on behalf of clients
  • Communicating with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least 2 years` experience in a similar position
  • Sound working knowledge of Company Law and local corporate matters
  • Reliable, high level of integrity and work ethic
