Corporate Services Executive

Our client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their highly successful and respected financial services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact for the portfolio of international clients;
  • Respond to requests from clients, managers and internal sources;
  • Opening bank accounts and setting up any payments as may be requested;
  • Being able to establish the company for tax purposes;
  • Collecting and maintaining due diligence documents;
  • Keeping records of financial statements, financial reporting;
  • Maintaining an organized and structured client filing system both physically and through the firm’s internal software;
  • Liaising with external parties such as registry of companies, regulatory bodies, and banks;
  • Attending Board meetings

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the financial services industry;
  • Possession of a related degree will be considered an asset

Skills:

  • A good team player, proactive, hard-working and with a ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Have the ability to work within set time frames;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one’s own initiative
