Corporate Services Assistant Manager

Malta  |  €35,000 - €45,000 

One of our key clients specialising in Fiduciary Services is seeking a Corporate Services Assistant Manager to join their Company Secretarial team of professionals:


  • Supporting the team’s manager with the administration of the team’s client portfolio
  • Mentoring and assisting the team members in handling client requests in a timely manner
  • Performing general trust and corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters
  • Attendance to client entities’ board meetings
  • Liaison with third parties and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A thorough understanding of the company secretary role, including but not limited to, statutory record keeping, and corporate governance
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role specifically on Maltese registered companies with a local CSP
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in the use of I.T.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude, and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and work colleagues alike

Education & Experience

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a related field
  • Sound working knowledge of Company Law
