Corporate Governance & Regulatory Affairs Officer


Our Client is seeking to recruit Corporate Governance & Regulatory Affairs Officer to join their growing team of professionals.


  • Assisting the team with minute taking and record keeping
  • ​Liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the team by assessing upcoming local and EU regulation whilst maintaining and updating the regulatory change oversight dashboard
  • Supporting the team with the implementation of robust and sound corporate governance across the Group
  • Assisting the team with the coordination of the policy review programme

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics or Banking
  • Previous experience of working in a regulated financial institution and/or with the regulator


  • An excellent command of English
  • Knowledge of French or Dutch would be considered an asset 
  •  Knowledge of local and EU financial services regulation will be an asset
