Corporate Administrator

Malta  |  €23,000 - €25,000 

One of clients; a tax advisory and legal disputes firm, is looking to recruit a keen and enthusiastic to join their team as a corporate administrator 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with a lawyer in assisting with the necessary documentation for company incorporation and maintenance
  • Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other governing authorities as required 
  • Maintaining corporate-related documentation for clients 
  • Assisting the corporate team in administrative matters 
  • schedule, attend and participate in client meetings 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly keen to learn and develop mastery within the role
  • Possess a driving license and personal vehicle
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Local experience
