Corporate Administrator

€28,000 - €32,000  |  Malta

Our client, operating as a CSP, is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, whilst also maintaining the relationship between them 
  • On-boarding of new clients 
  • Liasing with MFSA and MBR which includes the preparation and submission of statutory filings
  • Assisting clients with the opening of bank accounts and liaising with the related financial institutions
  • Maintaining company registers
  • Verification of due diligence documents as part of KYC procedures 
  • Liasing with auditors, lawyers and accountants on behalf of clients and dealing with client requests

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience within a similar role ideally within a corporate service provider environment
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in compliance would be considered an asset but not essential
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Highly organized
  • Able to meet strict deadlines

Education & Experience

Tertiary Level of Education would be considered an asset however not a requirement
