Corporate Administrator

€18,000 - €25,000  |  Malta

Our client is looking to recruit for a Corporate Administrator vacancy in Malta.


  • Handling a portfolio of international clients
  • Handling the set-up of new corporate structures
  • Preparation of statutory documents
  • Preparation and submission of bank account opening applications
  • Submission of documents to the VAT Department, MFSA, IRD, banks and other authorities;
  • Corresponding with banks and local authorities
  •  Assisting with any changes required to the corporate governance and capital structure of companies
  • Drafting notices, agenda, minutes, or resolutions in relation to Annual General Meetings and other meetings

Education & Experience

  • A minimum Level 5 qualification in Financial Services
  • A minimum of 2 years previous local experience within corporate administration
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite 


  •  Meticulous and attentive to detail.
  • Conscientious and problem solving
  • Ability to work on own accord and in a team
  • Organised 
  • Excellent command of the English Language
