Corporate Administrator

€16,000 - €22,000  |  Malta

Our client is looking to recruit for a Corporate Administrator vacancy in Malta. Forming part of the Corporate Department you will be working closely with other members of the team in:

  • Scanning, saving and filing of corporate documents;
  • Dealing with daily post and sending it to clients;
  • Preparation of statutory documents;
  • Submission of documents to the VAT Department, MFSA, IRD, banks and other authorities;
  • Corresponding with banks and local authorities;
  • Assisting the CSP officers;

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of Accounts A-level or Level 5 qualification in Financial Services
  • Experience in Corporate Admin considered an asset
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
