Polish Speaking Corporate Administrator

As a Polish Speaking Corporate Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Handling and processing administrative matters relating to companies, trusts and foundations
  • You will assist in the incorporation of companies
  • Assist with setting up of trusts and foundations
  • Conduct KYC and due diligence processes
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients' advisers, notaries and external legal and tax advisers
  • In addition you will also need to draft documents such as agreements, minutes, resolutions and proxies
  • As a Corporate Administrator you will need to ensure compliance of client portfolio with applicable rules and regulations and you will need to keep client records updated as required
  • You will also need to open and close bank accounts and prepare the supporting due diligence documentation

Education & Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the financial services industry would be considered an asset however full training will be provided to the chosen candiadte
  • Possession of a related degree will be considered an asset
