Our client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator (Legal ) to join their small and dynamic team of professionals in Malta. 


  • Handle a portfolio of clients
  • Perform company and trust administration
  • Carry out the necessary due diligence 
  • Assist with client on-boarding
  • Minute taking and resolutions
  • Prepare documents in relation to transactions 
  • Open bank accounts
  • Prepare and file statutory forms and reports

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English 
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English 
  • Team player 

Education & Experience

  • A Degree in Law or a related field would be ideal
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
