Our client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their small and dynamic team in Malta. 


  • Handle a portfolio of clients
  • Performs company and trust administration
  • Carry out the necessary due diligence 
  • Assist with client on-boarding
  • Minute taking and resolutions
  • Preparing documents in relation to transactions 
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Preparing and filing of statutory forms and reports

Education and Experience:

  • A Degree in Law or a related field would be ideal
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English 


  • Good time management skills
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Team player
