Administration Officer

A job for an Administration Officer is now available. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing clerical duties and assisting in the day to day office administration
  • Completing and submitting statutory documents and tax returns to the VAT Department, IRD, banks and other authorities
  • Opening new bank accounts
  • Corresponding with banks and other local authorities
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and travel plans
  • Conducting due diligence and compliance checks on company documents
  • Any other administration matters and ad-hoc duties as may be required 

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of A-Level Standard of Education
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
  • IT literate and experience working with Microsoft Office


  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Organized, conscientious and problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English is a must
