The SDC Solutions Lead is responsible for running a high performing presales team working closely with the UK sales and solutions team. This person must be comfortable speaking to developers and to C Suite, and everything in between. The person should be comfortable presenting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, articulating the benefits to their business, with the goal to drive growth for the MBS practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading the SDC team to provide the presales resource to support the UK markets sales and solutions team on a deal by deal basis. Including but not limited to:
- Production of Demos
- Completion of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
- Advice on licensing
- Delivery of client early engagement consultancy
- Leading the SDC team to support the UK markets sales strategy including the production of technical assets (eg presentations, videos, demos) as part of go to market offerings
- Leading product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect’s business needs
- Working with Business Development Managers to build and take our solutions to market
- Showcase our propositions to customers and Microsoft via online webinars and face to face workshops
- Engage with customers on a long-term basis and drive further Dynamics 365 business
- Maintain technical knowledge by working closely with our Microsoft account teams
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven success in a Dynamics 365 Pre-sales role
- Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service)
- Proven knowledge of Power Apps (Canvass and Model Driven Apps)
- Proven record of building, and taking to market (with GTM teams), successful Dynamics 365 CE based solutions
- Proven record of building or selling solutions in one of the following sectors (Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy, Professional Services)
- Proven success in managing a high performing team
Desirable:
- Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Service
- Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing
- Dynamics 365 Implementation background
- Proven Knowledge of Power BI
- Proven knowledge of Power Automate or equivalent RPA tool
