Project Manager


As the Project Manager, you will be working alongside the Director and you will be involved in every stage of the construction project. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, managing and implementing of projects, holding primary responsibility for achievement of cost, schedule and quality objectives
  • Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Allocating resources, plan and schedule project timelines
  • Verifying works against tender specifications and certifying works carried out against invoices submitted
  • Supervising sites and monitoring any variations to plans
  • Dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, employees and the general public in a professional manner at all times
  • Understanding the implications of Health and Safety Regulations

Education & Experience

  • A Tertiary level of Education preferably in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience and managing Projects on an International level within the Building Services Industry
  • Excellent command of Maltese and English languages - written & spoken
