Senior Risk Executive

Our client within the banking industry is looking for a Senior Risk Executive to join their team

Responsibilities: 

  • You will assist in the preparation of Quarterly risk report to the Board
  • Assisting in the preparation of applications of credit approval and other risk control functions
  • Preparing of borrowing customers for credit exposures
  • Assisting in liquidity risk management
  • Assisting in operational risk management
  • Assisting in the preparation of the ICAAP & ILAAP
  • Preparing collateral evaluations 
  • Assisting in the work outs of non performing loans
  • Assisting in the evaluation, monitoring and the reporting of the Bank's security potfolio
  • Assisting in the oversight of IT risk
  • Assist the Chief Risk Officer in liaising with internal and external auditors, MFSA on all risk issues

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role. Someone with more experience would also be considered
  • Able to work within a team

Education & Experience

A relevant qualification. Candidates who are PQ'd by MFSA will also be considered
