Our client, a small CSP within an international company is looking for a Corporate and Compliance Assistant ( South of Malta) to join their team.
Duties:
Manage a small portfolio of clients for all administrative functions including preparation of minutes, filing of Annual Returns and BO Returns and maintaining all company registers
Maintaining the client relationship software updated with all changes to for the portfolio of clients
Assisting with the compliance function for two licensed entities
Assisting with the updating of all compliance registers
Undertaking reviews and ongoing monitoring on current clients
Assist with the preparation of regulatory and statistical reports for the MFSA, MBR & FIAU when required
Undertake remediation and ad-hoc compliance projects as and when needed
Skill-sets and Requirements
1-3 years experience in compliance or corporate
Displays a genuine passion for all thing’s corporate admin & compliance with the ability to demonstrate and enforce strong principles of corporate governance
Has a sound understanding of corporate governance and experience in developing a strong ethical and transparent culture within a regulated entity
Is comfortable working independently and liaising with key stakeholders across all levels and multiple jurisdictions
Previous knowledge of Malta compliance requirements for Fiduciary and CSP licenses is considered an asset
