Our client, within the field of insurance, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Executive. The selected candidate will be assisting the Compliance officer and have the following responsibilities:
Assisting in the reviewing of the company's policies
Engaging in the regulatory reporting
Assisting with the audits of insurance intermediaries
Drafting and reviewing third party contract and addendums where necessary
Assisting in the reviewing of new business proposals from a compliance perspective and the respective review of the policy wording
Providing the necessary legal support in the Company’s day-to-day operations
Assisting in the reviewing of any changes in the legislation and their impact on the Company
Assisting in the handling of complaints and their analysis as required
Any other duties which may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
A minimum 5 years experience within a similar role
Ability to multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
Education & Experience
A qualification in Financial Services/Degree in Law will be considered an asset
