Compliance Executive


Our client, within the field of insurance, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Executive. The selected candidate will be assisting the Compliance officer and have the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the reviewing of the company's policies 
  • Engaging in the regulatory reporting
  • Assisting with the audits of insurance intermediaries
  • Drafting and reviewing third party contract and addendums where necessary
  • Assisting in the reviewing of new business proposals from a compliance perspective and the respective review of the policy wording 
  • Providing the necessary legal support in the Company’s day-to-day operations
  • Assisting in the reviewing of any changes in the legislation and their impact on the Company
  • Assisting in the handling of complaints and their analysis as required
  • Any other duties which may be required from time to time

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum 5 years experience within a similar role
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills with an eye for detail

Education & Experience

A qualification in Financial Services/Degree in Law will be considered an asset
