Our Client a well-renowed payment service provide is seeking to recruit Client Onboarding Officer 


  • Handling the department’s daily Corporate tasks and operations
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Communicating Corporate clients and assisting them with their queries
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Maintaining company records, internal databases and Corporate related documentation
  • Requesting, collecting, filing and monitoring all necessary documentation and doing due diligence related to the onboarding of Corporate Clients
  • Handling Corporate account opening process from beginning to end
  • Perform research for prospective clients

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in a compliance related role

Education & Experience

A tertiary level of education would be ideal not a requirement
