AML Player Protection Officer

Our client is seeking to recruit a Player Protection Officer to join their team with the following responsibilities

Responsibilities:

•  Conducting Due Diligence checks on new and existing customers 
• Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence reviews, which may involve conducting OSINT investigations.
• Compiling management information related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Player Protection for reporting to the management team.
• Performing PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and Sanction checks and analyzing the results to confirm or eliminate potential matches.
• Ensuring that actions taken on customer accounts comply with internal policies, procedures, as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Contacting customers via email or telephone to obtain information/documentation related to Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF).

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Experience of AML within a gambling sector
• Knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

Education & Experience

AML Certification will be beneficial
