Our client, a leading CSP, is seeking to recruit an AML & Compliance Executive. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting in reviewing customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing monitoring processes whilst identifying areas for improvement and alignment with regulatory expectations
Supporting with drafting and ongoing refinement of internal AML policies, procedures, and controls and ensuring they are in line with the current standards set by relevant authorities
Keeping abreast with any regulatory changes and help assess their implications for the firm’s compliance program
Assisting and working closely with the firm's MLRO and Compliance officer and ensuring the operational teams comply with the relevant AML regulations
Support the execution of compliance reviews and thematic monitoring, including the preparation of reports and documentation of findings
Requirements
Minimum three to five years of experience in a similar role
Possess strong analytical skills
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Highly integral with a key eye for detail
Candidates holding experience in a CSP will be given preference
