Junior / Brand Manager

  Central Malta  |  €26,000 - €40,000 Annually 

Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta, is looking for Junior / Brand Managers. Due to company growth we are looking for different profiles ranging from Junior to more Senior within Brand Management experience within the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities driven by consumer and market trends and developing marketing strategies and programs to drive profitable volume growth. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and key initiatives to drive profitable growth in volume and revenue.
  • Accountable for achieving annual and monthly volume, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and sales team.
  • Responsible for planning and executing all communication and media activities
  • Tasked with creating and managing an annual activity calendar to establish and maintain product branding and achieve targeted growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
  • Responsible for proposing and managing the budget for advertising, activities, and promotional items, in line with company and principal's guidelines.
  • Accountable for providing ongoing competitor and channel insights analysis, as well as analysing sales forecasts and financial data to ensure that brand targets are met.
  • Responsible for researching the consumer market, monitoring trends, and identifying growth opportunities based on consumer needs and market performance.
  • Responsible for proposing new products to close portfolio gaps and meet consumer and shopper needs, and leading development and launch preparation from idea to execution stage.
  • Share responsibility with other team members to exchange best practices, support process and project development, and benefit the brand, department, and company.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

  • Proven FMCG experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Excellent level of written and verbal English.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical, creative, possessing business acumen, and adept in problem-solving.
