Junior Client Manager

A reputable client of ours specialising in Financial Services is looking to onboard a Junior Client Manger to join their team:

Duties:

• Support the management of client accounts, assisting in the preparation of reports, client communications, and investment reviews.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their enquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist in organising and scheduling client meetings, and prepare materials for client presentations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Monitor and report on the performance of client portfolios, providing insights and identifying opportunities for portfolio adjustments.
• Collaborate with senior relationship managers, financial advisors, and analysts to deliver comprehensive service to clients.
• Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and industry regulations to assist in advising clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Assist the senior client team in ensuring file reviews and compliance information is kept fully up to date.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory changes.
• Assist in the trading function of the firm.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years experience in financial services, or a related field; work experience in investment management is a strong asset
• Basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Maltese
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the investment services industry.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
