Customer Care and Operations Officer - French and English speaking


This Customer Care and Operations Officer job is within the financial world.  The successful candidate needs to have a native level of French and professional level of English.  Should you have previous experience in banking, credit control or customer service experience we want to hear from you.


  • Managing a portfolio of customers
  • Customer query resolutions
  • Approaching potential clients and providing guidance on how they can become new customers
  • Providing assistance to existing customers on how to effectively use the platform
  • Daily administrative tasks related to the operation of the platform including payment allocation and debt collection

Working hours:  Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00

Candidate needs to be residing in Malta already

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of an 'A level' standard of education 
  • Previous experience in credit control would be an asset
  • Candidates with experience in banking or customer services will also be considered favourably
  • IT Savvy


Native level of French and professional level of English is a must

Knowledge of Flemish and/or Dutch would be seen as an asset

Good time management skills
