Customer Care and Operations Assistant

Within this job as an Customer Care & Operations Assistant you will be forming part of a multicultural team while being the initial point of contact for a valued client base.  If you have previous experience in banking, credit control or customer service experience this role is calling your name:

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of customers
  • Customer query resolutions
  • Approaching potential clients and providing guidance on how they can become new customers
  • Providing assistance to existing customers on how to effectively use the platform
  • Daily administrative tasks related to the operation of the platform including payment allocation and debt collection

Working hours:  Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
 

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of an 'A level' standard of education 
  • Previous experience in credit control would be an asset
  • Candidates with experience in banking or customer services will also be considered favourably
  • IT Savvy
     

Skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, knowledge of Maltese seen as an additional bonus
  • Good time management skills
