Technical Coordinator

Malta  |  €20,000 - €22,000 

A new role as a Technical Coordinator is now available. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Handling of incoming client telephone calls 
  • Logging daily service calls
  • Allocating and coordinating technical crew according to incoming requests
  • Upkeeping of technical parts within the store 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Be organised, ambitious and motivated to learn
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to perform fundamental tasks on company computer software

Education & Experience

  • Experience in similar role will be considered an asset
  • Experience in a customer facing role is a requirement
