Technical Clerk

Malta  |  €16,000 - €18,000  

Our client operating in the Caterware industry is looking for a Technical Clerk to join their team. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Handling client phone calls and emails and assisting clients with orders and queries-  
  • Handling Sales process including issuing of invoices and quoting 
  • Liaising with suppliers and making sure that stock levels for parts are maintained
  • Stock control of machinery parts including the upkeep of the stock room. 
  • Handling of procurement process

Working hours: Monday to Friday - office hours 

Skill-sets and Requirements

Fluency in Maltese

Education & Experience

  • Technical background is a must
  • Computer literate and good use of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Outlook and Excel)
