Service Advisor (Automotive)


As the Service Advisor you will be reporting to the After Sales Manager while being fully responsible for an outstanding customer journey.  Main duties are as follows:

  • Scheduling of appointments for servicing and repairs directly with client's
  • Liaising with the workshop staff for works needed to be undertaken
  • Following up with clients in relation to works required and/or carried out
  • Collection of vehicle preparation
  • Process documentation as per company procedures
  • Handling cash and process deposit when necessary
  • Attend any required training organised by the company
  • Adhere to H&S regulations and franchise standard requirements

Education and Experience

  • A secondary level of education is a minimum
  • Proficient in  MS Office software
  • In possession of a clean driving license
  • 3 years experience within a similar role is given priority
  • Experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician will be seen as an asset
  • Knowledge of Maltese and English is a must - verbal and written

  • Smart, self-motivated and highly organised
  • Multi Tasker and works well under pressure
  • Team player
